1. 개요
NeoMax(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 게임 트럭러시(이하 “본 앱”)를
제공합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 왜 다루는지, 이용자가 무엇을
할 수 있는지를 설명합니다.
2. 개발자가 다루는 정보 — 게임 이용 통계만
본 앱은 회원가입이 없고 로그인도 없습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 이름, 이메일,
전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지
않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없습니다.
다만 게임을 더 낫게 만들기 위해 GameAnalytics(GameAnalytics ApS, 덴마크)로
익명의 게임 이용 통계를 보냅니다.
- 보내는 것: 앱을 처음 설치할 때 기기 안에서 무작위로 만든 설치 번호(광고 ID나 기기 고유번호가 아닙니다),
기기 모델·제조사·운영체제 버전·앱 버전, 앱을 켜고 끈 시각과 사용 시간,
스테이지 시작·클리어·실패와 점수, 보상형·전면 광고를 본 횟수
- 쓰는 곳: 재방문율, 어느 스테이지에서 그만두는지, 게임 난이도 조정
- 보내지 않는 것: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 광고 ID
- 보관: GameAnalytics의 기본 보관 기간을 따릅니다.

- 지우는 방법: 앱을 삭제하면 설치 번호도 함께 지워져, 다시 설치하면 새 번호로 시작합니다.
보낸 통계의 삭제를 원하면 아래 문의처로 알려 주세요.
게임 진행 상황(스테이지 기록, 최고 점수, 보유한 별과 트럭, 소리·언어 설정)은
이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워지며,
개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
3. 광고 — Google AdMob
본 앱은 무료로 제공되며 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고는 Google의
AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)이 표시합니다.
AdMob은 광고를 보여 주고 성과를 측정하기 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·이용할 수
있습니다. 이 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
- 광고 ID(AAID) — 안드로이드가 앱에 주는, 재설정 가능한 광고용 식별자
- 기기 정보 — 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어, 대략적인 지역(IP 기준), 화면 크기, 통신망 종류
- 광고 상호작용 — 광고를 본 횟수, 누른 횟수
- 앱 정보 — 앱 버전
이 처리는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.

안드로이드 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고
(기기에 따라 설정 → Google → 광고)에서
광고 ID 삭제 또는 맞춤 광고 선택 해제를 하실 수 있습니다.
끄더라도 광고는 계속 표시되지만, 이용자의 관심사에 맞춘 광고는 아니게 됩니다.
4. Google Play — 인앱 결제 · 업데이트
본 앱은 광고를 제거하는 유료 상품을 제공합니다. 결제는
Google Play가 전부 처리하며, 개발자는 이용자의 카드번호나 결제수단
정보를 받지도 저장하지도 않습니다. 개발자가 받는 것은 “구매가 완료되었다”는
사실뿐입니다. 화면에 보이는 가격도 Google Play가 이용자의 국가에 맞춰 알려 주는 값입니다.
또한 본 앱은 새 버전이 있는지 Google Play에 확인하고, 이용자가 원하면
게임 안에서 업데이트를 내려받게 합니다. 이 확인과 내려받기도 Google Play가 처리하며,
이 과정에서 개발자에게 전달되는 정보는 없습니다.

이 저장소는 안드로이드가 앱마다 따로 주는 영역이라 다른 앱은 읽을 수 없습니다.
6. 권한
본 앱이 요구하는 권한은 아래가 전부입니다. 모두 설치할 때 자동으로 주어지는 일반 권한이며, 따로 허락을 묻는 권한은 없습니다.

카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 저장소 권한은 요구하지 않습니다.
7. 아동에 관하여
본 앱은 특정 연령대를 겨냥해 만들어지지 않았으며,
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
아동이 사용할 가능성이 있는 환경에서는 보호자께서 위 3항의 방법으로 맞춤 광고를
꺼 두시기를 권합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
개발자가 보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하실 대상이 없습니다.
기기에 남은 게임 데이터는 앱 안 설정 → 기록 초기화 또는 앱 삭제로
직접 지우실 수 있습니다.

9. 방침의 변경
내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 맨 위 시행일을 고칩니다.
중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알려 드립니다.

Privacy Policy
Mobile game Truck Rush (트럭러시)
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Overview
NeoMax (“the developer”) provides the mobile game Truck Rush
(“the app”). This policy explains what information the app handles, why,
and what you can do about it.
2. Information the developer handles — gameplay statistics only
The app has no sign-up and no login. The developer does not collect any personal
information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, location,
contacts, or photos. The developer does not operate any server.
To improve the game, the app sends anonymous gameplay statistics to GameAnalytics
(GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark).
- What is sent: a random install ID created on your device when the app is first installed (not the
advertising ID or a hardware identifier), device model, manufacturer, OS version and app version,
when the app is opened and closed and how long it is used, stage starts, clears, fails and scores,
and how often rewarded and full-screen ads are watched
- Why: to measure return rates, see where players stop, and tune difficulty
- Not sent: name, email, phone number, location, contacts, advertising ID
- Retention: according to GameAnalytics' standard retention.

- Deletion: uninstalling the app deletes the install ID; a reinstall starts with a new one.
To request deletion of statistics already sent, contact us below.
Your game progress (stage records, best scores, stars and trucks you own, sound and
language settings) is stored only on your device. It is deleted when you
uninstall the app, and the developer cannot see it.
3. Advertising — Google AdMob
The app is free and supported by ads. Ads are shown by Google
AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
To show ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect and use the information
below. This information is processed by Google and is not shared with the
developer.
- Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable identifier Android provides for advertising
- Device information — device model, OS version, language, approximate region (based on IP address), screen size, network type
- Ad interactions — how many times ads were viewed or tapped
- App information — app version
This processing is governed by Google’s policies.
Resetting your advertising ID · Turning off personalized ads
On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads
(on some devices, Settings → Google → Ads) and choose
Delete advertising ID or turn off personalized ads.
Ads will still appear, but they will no longer be tailored to your interests.
4. Google Play — in-app purchase and updates
The app offers a paid item that removes ads. Payment is
handled entirely by Google Play; the developer never receives or stores your
card number or other payment details. The only thing the developer receives is the fact
that a purchase was completed. The price shown in the app is also the price Google Play
provides for your country.
The app also checks with Google Play whether a new version is available and,
if you choose, lets you download the update inside the game. This check and download are
handled by Google Play, and no information is sent to the developer in the process.

This storage is a separate area Android gives to each app, so other apps cannot read it.
6. Permissions
The permissions below are all the app requests. They are all normal permissions granted at install time; the app never asks you for a runtime permission.

The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage permissions.
7. Children
The app is not directed at any particular age group, and
the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
(under 14 in Korea). Where children may use the app, we recommend that parents turn off
personalized ads as described in section 3.
8. Your rights
The developer holds no personal information about you, so there is nothing to access,
correct, or delete on the developer’s side. You can delete the game data on your device
yourself with Settings → Reset Records in the app or by uninstalling it.
For advertising data processed by Google, please use the links and steps in section 3.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
Significant changes will be announced in the app.
