회원가입, 로그인, 이메일 주소 입력, 전화번호 입력 절차가 없습니다.

2. 기기 안에 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 앱이 동작하기 위해 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 이는 개인정보의 “수집”에 해당하지 않으며, 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자에게는 어떤 사본도 남지 않습니다.

사진에 대하여

사진은 이용자가 기기의 사진 선택 화면에서 직접 고른 것만 앱 안으로 들어옵니다. 하루칸은 카메라 권한을 요구하지 않으며, 기기의 사진첩을 임의로 읽지 않습니다. 첨부한 사진은 기기 안에만 저장되고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 서비스

하루칸은 아래 구글 서비스를 이용합니다. 이 서비스들은 각자의 방침에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 개발자는 그 정보를 이용자의 일기 내용과 연결하지 않고, 연결할 수단도 갖고 있지 않습니다.

3-1. Google AdMob (광고)

앱의 일부 화면에 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고를 제공하기 위해 구글은 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 및 앱 정보, 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반), 광고 상호작용 기록(노출·클릭), 앱 성능에 관한 진단 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 처리는 구글의 광고 SDK가 수행하며, 개발자는 그 정보를 따로 받거나 보관하지 않습니다.

일기 내용, 사진, 일정은 광고 서비스로 전달되지 않습니다.
일기를 쓰거나 고치는 화면, 잠금 화면에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화를 끄거나 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다. (안드로이드: 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 광고)
앱 내에서 하루칸 플러스를 구매하면 배너 광고가 더 이상 표시되지 않습니다.

3-2. Google Play 결제

하루칸 플러스(광고 제거 및 일정 개수 제한 해제) 구매는 구글 플레이를 통해 이루어집니다. 결제 수단 정보는 구글이 처리하며, 개발자는 이용자의 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않고 저장하지도 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부만 기기 안에 표시해 둡니다.

3-3. 분석 도구 없음

하루칸에는 사용 통계 분석 도구, 오류 수집 도구, 광고 외의 추적 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

4. 앱이 요구하는 권한

생체 인증 (지문)	앱 잠금 해제에 사용합니다. 지문 정보는 기기 안의 보안 영역에서만 처리되며 앱이나 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.

위치 권한, 카메라 권한, 주소록 권한, 마이크 권한은 요구하지 않습니다.

5. 암호화와 앱 잠금

이용자가 비밀번호를 설정하면 일기의 제목·본문·태그·사진과 일정의 제목·메모가 기기 안에서 암호화되어 저장됩니다 (AES-256-GCM, 키는 PBKDF2-SHA256으로 비밀번호에서 유도).

비밀번호는 기기에도, 개발자에게도 저장되지 않습니다. 암호를 푸는 열쇠가 비밀번호 그 자체이기 때문에, 비밀번호를 잊으면 개발자를 포함해 누구도 내용을 복구할 수 없습니다. 대신 앱은 초기화 전에 암호화된 상태 그대로 파일로 내보낼 수 있게 안내합니다.

6. 백업 파일

이용자는 앱 안에서 전체 데이터를 파일 하나로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 이 파일은 이용자가 직접 정한 백업 암호로 암호화되며, 이용자의 기기 문서 폴더에 저장됩니다.

백업 파일은 자동으로 어디에도 업로드되지 않습니다.
이용자가 직접 다른 앱(클라우드 저장소, 메일 등)으로 보낸 경우, 그 이후의 처리는 해당 서비스의 방침을 따릅니다.
백업 암호를 잊으면 그 파일은 열 수 없습니다.

7. 보관 기간과 삭제

개발자가 보관하는 이용자 정보가 없으므로, 개발자 측의 보관 기간도 없습니다.
기기 안의 기록은 이용자가 지울 때까지 유지됩니다.
지운 일기는 휴지통에 30일간 보관된 뒤 자동으로 완전히 삭제됩니다.
설정 › 내 데이터 › 모든 데이터 지우기로 기기 안의 모든 기록과 잠금 설정을 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 모든 정보가 함께 삭제됩니다.

개발자가 가진 정보가 없으므로 별도의 열람·정정·삭제 요청 절차는 두고 있지 않습니다. 모든 권한은 앱 안에서 이용자가 직접 행사할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

하루칸은 아동을 주 대상으로 하는 앱이 아니며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 주는 변경의 경우 앱 업데이트 설명을 통해 함께 알립니다.

Summary
Harukan does not collect your diary entries, photos, or plans. Everything you write stays on your device, and the developer cannot see it. There is no account, no sign-in, and no developer-operated server. Ads and purchases in the app are provided by Google, which processes an advertising identifier and related information for those purposes.

Harukan does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information. The developer never receives and cannot read your diary entries, attached photos, plans, or settings. There is no developer-operated server, and the app does not send your records anywhere.

No sign-up, sign-in, email address, or phone number is required.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device so the app can work. It is not “collected” and is never sent to the developer.

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this from your device. No copy remains with the developer.

About photos

Photos enter the app only when you pick them yourself from your device's picker. Harukan does not request camera permission and does not scan your photo library. Attached photos stay on your device and are never uploaded.

3. Third-party services

Harukan uses the Google services below. They process information under their own policies. The developer does not link that information to your diary content and has no means to do so.

3-1. Google AdMob (advertising)

Banner ads appear on some screens. To serve them, Google may process your Advertising ID, device and app information, approximate location (from IP address), ad interaction data (impressions and clicks), and diagnostic information about app performance. This processing is carried out by Google's advertising SDK; the developer neither receives nor stores that information.

Your entries, photos, and plans are never sent to the ad service.
No ads are shown while you are writing or editing an entry, or on the lock screen.
You can opt out of ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads).
Purchasing Harukan Plus in the app removes banner ads entirely.

3-2. Google Play Billing

Harukan Plus (ad removal and unlimited plans) is purchased through Google Play. Payment details are handled by Google; the developer never receives or stores your payment information. The app only records on your device whether the purchase was made.

3-3. No analytics

Harukan contains no usage analytics, no crash reporting, and no tracking tools other than the advertising described above.

4. Permissions

Harukan does not request location, camera, contacts, or microphone permissions.

5. Encryption and app lock

If you set a passcode, entry titles, bodies, tags and photos, and plan titles and notes are encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM, with the key derived from your passcode via PBKDF2-SHA256).

Your passcode is stored neither on the device nor with the developer. Because the passcode itself is the key, if you forget it no one — including the developer — can recover your content. Before erasing, the app offers to export your data in its still encrypted form.

6. Backup files

You can export all of your data to a single file from within the app. That file is encrypted with a backup password you choose and saved to your device's Documents folder.

Backup files are never uploaded anywhere automatically.
If you send one to another app (cloud storage, email, and so on), that service's policy applies from that point.
If you forget the backup password, the file cannot be opened.

7. Retention and deletion

The developer holds no user information, so there is no developer-side retention period.
Records on your device remain until you delete them.
Deleted entries stay in Trash for 30 days, then are permanently removed automatically.
Settings › My data › Erase all data immediately deletes every record and lock setting on the device.
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.

Because the developer holds no data, there is no separate access, correction, or deletion request process. You can exercise all of these directly within the app.

8. Children's privacy

Harukan is not directed at children and does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 14.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated text and its effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app's update description.
